These concepts incorporate multiple hurdles with protective features without having to use additives with E numbers. They refer to the respective end product itself and other parameters influencing products during production, packaging, storage etc.

Special solutions are available for the food safety of up to 50% sodium / salt reduced foods, which also meet the technological requirements e.g. with respect to water retention and cooking losses.
